Be the belle of the ball in this sow stopping black tiered skirt. And guess what? It has an elastic waist in the back and hidden pockets under the first tiers! Each layer is banded under the hem with a strong net tulle to give it its bold, dramatic shape. Style it with our Balloon Sleeve Bustier for a svelte look. OR keep it more casual with a t-shirt and some cool sneakers.

A few things to note: It does present some ironing challenges after being cooped up in its poly bag home, but you only have to do it once, and it's totally worth it for the head turns! Plus, she's washable!
