Shipping
Orders ship UPS Ground* from Los Angeles, CA. We make every attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible, but it can take between 3-5 days**. Shipping details will be sent to the email address on file so you can track your order during transit. Transit times vary based on UPS routing, but typically deliver between 2-7 business days (UPS only moves Next Day Air packages over the weekend).
Domestic orders less than $201 will be charged a $10 fee for UPS Ground shipping.
Domestic orders over $201 ship UPS Ground at no charge.
Orders placed before Noon PST, Monday through Friday, are eligible for expedited shipping and will ship same day. Orders placed after that time or over the weekend/on holidays will ship the next business day.
UPS Next Day Air can be added for $50-$75, depending on the size of the shipment.
UPS 2-Day Air is $15 for all orders over $201. For orders under $201, the cost ranges from $25-$50.
UPS 3-Day Select can be added for $20-$35 depending on the size of the shipment.
We ship to most destinations within North America, South America, Europe, Austrial and Asia, via UPS Worldwide Expedited. International shipping which includes shipping charges, duties and taxes - no other fees will be charged after checkout. The amount charged is calculated based on the shipping fee (this changes based on the size of the shipment and typically ranges from $30-$50) plus actual duties and taxes.

Returns
For US shipments (International Shipments are Final Sale), items eligible for return must be processed on our return portal within 20 days of the ship date. The first exchange or return for store credit on an order is free. To request an additional exchange or return, please reach out to birdie@shopburu.com. All subsequent exchanges will be charged a $10 shipping fee (unless expedited shipping is requested which, in that case, expedited shipping fees will apply). If a subsequent return results in a refund, we will withhold the $15 return fee plus a $10 additional shipping fee. Returns for refund will be charged a $15 fee to help offset return shipping costs and non-refundable Merchant Service Fees.
Refunds will be to your original form of payment, which may include a gift card. Any refunds in excess of $500 may be charged a larger fee. Shipping costs and Order Protection are not refundable.
All unworn, unwashed, unaltered, original condition clothing items with the tags on, and not marked Final Sale, are eligible for return or exchange.
Final sale items are marked as such on the product page and in checkout. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Accessories including, but not limited to, belts, hats and headwear, handbags, jewelry (including earrings), scarves, sunglasses and eyewear are all Final Sale.
Shoes and footwear are returnable for exchange or store credit only.
If your order contains pre-order or pre-sale items, the order will ship wihtin the shipping window as indicated on the product page.
