Inspired by one of our favorite characters of all time, The Blanche Dress has Devereaux written all over it. The flirty flocking dot, pleated to perfection is all the ladylike you need. We love her smocked waist, snap front and sheer sleeves.  With a lined bodice and skirt, she's not see-through, but we recommend skin color undies regardless.

The Blanche Dress is so special on her own that simple accessories are all that's needed. With the patent Mary Janes and our favorite pleated bag adored with the shoe clip for fun emphasizes the red and ivory color combo throughout this look.

The larger ruffles of the Shell Jacket are a perfect complement to the pleating of the Blanche Dress. And we love how the dark denim color accentuates the red and white of the flocking dot fabric.

A simple accessory change can have a big impact. Adding the Le Scarf tied around the neck and our Black Patent Sling Back Mary Janes (adorned with the Rosette Shoe Clip!) dresses up the Blanche Dress and gives it an air of sophistication.
