Are pre-sale items eligible for returns?

Absolutely! We always want you to LOVE your BURU so even pre-sale/pre-order items are eligible for FREE exchanges or a never expiring store credit. Returns are FREE!

 

Even custom orders?

Yes, mama! We've worked out all the logistics so you don't have to worry about it! Use your energy on designing your own mom style...remember it's only available this week!

 

When will I receive my items?

All items will start shipping on March 28th.  If you are planning to wear it for Easter, please let us know so that can prioritize your shipment.

 

What size should I order?

The BURU Pink Label is running true to size, but we are happy to answer any questions via email (info@shopburu.com). We can also take your measurements or refer to previous orders to help you get the right fit!

 

What is the difference between the MINI and REGULAR length of the Illusion Coat Dress and Swing Dress?

The regular length is 4" longer than the mini version. Any one over 5'5" will most likely prefer the longer style.
