Meet Olivia Cleary
Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of The Clearly Collective, Olivia Cleary has built her brand around one simple idea: every place has a story worth telling. With a background in architecture from the University of Virginia, Olivia brings an artist's eye and a storyteller's perspective to every collection she creates, translating beloved destinations and meaningful landmarks into beautifully illustrated textiles and keepsakes.
Since launching The Clearly Collective in 2021, Olivia has collaborated with iconic hotels, cultural institutions, private clubs, and heritage brands, earning recognition from Forbes 30 Under 30 and the Tory Burch Foundation for her thoughtful approach to design and entrepreneurship.
It was Olivia's ability to capture the essence of a place—not just how it looks, but how it feels—that made her an ideal creative partner for BURU. Together, Morgan and Olivia set out to create a collection inspired by the timeless charm of Martha's Vineyard, blending BURU's signature silhouettes with illustrations and details that evoke summers spent by the shore, treasured family traditions, and the effortless elegance of island life.

The Inspiration
When Morgan Hutchinson and Olivia began dreaming about this collection, they kept returning to one feeling: the magic of summer on Martha's Vineyard.
