This week's outfit of the week goes to the classically simple but chic wrap dress. I went with navy and a bold red lip to celebrate America's birthday! But I really do love this Julie Brown wrap dress– and not just because it looks like the one Kate Middleton wore when she and Prince William announced their engagement. (See HERE.)
