We took two of our favorite design elements - a shift dress and adjust shoulder ties - and combined them to create this easy to wear, flexible fit dress. The buttons in the back maker her easy to put on and the shoulder ties allow you to achieve the perfect fit and length. Crafted in a lightweight cotton tulip print and contrasting striped organza shoulder ties, she will take you from spring all the way through summer.
