A ladylike take on our classic, placket front shirtdress— our 9 to 5 signature silhouette mixes things up with a necktie (that can be worn loose and free or all tied up in a sweet bow). Its billowy sleeves and elastic waist offer an easy fit. The May Day print of this gown is delightful and sophisticated littered with a cast of celebratory characters and the textile is lightweight which gives it the perfect flow. The bodice and skirt are lightly lined but the sleeves are sheer.
