It's NO secret. The 1st trimester can be rough! So—I decided to round up the list of items that helped me survive the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Hopefully it can help some of you tackle your symptoms while continuing to tackle your toddler!

Most of these items (and ALL the snacks) lived in my handbag to help fight bouts of nausea. Other emergency solving things like tweezers (I blame prenatal vitamins for my crazy eyebrow growth) and mouthwash (hormones really wreak havoc on your breath) remained in a mini kit that I kept in my car (along with concealer for my favorite part of acne). Oh...and let's not forget the wipes. I hate to end on an "icky" note—but seriously: don't leave home without them!
