A ladylike take on our classic, placket front shirtdress—this updated silhouette mixes things up with a necktie (that can be worn loose and free or all tied up in a sweet bow). It's billowy sleeves and elastic waist offer an easy fit and the gauzy palm print fabric will have you reaching for this piece again and again. Lined in the bodice and skirt but with a sheer sleeve, this dress is light, airy and flows perfectly from day to night.
