SHIPPING

Domestic Orders:

Within the Continental US, all orders always ship for FREE with code: FREESHIP

If you select a different promotional code, orders shipped within the Continental US will ship USPS priority mail for $8.99. 

*Please note only ONE promotional code is allowed per order.  Be sure to select the one that saves you the most.

Orders placed on ShopBURU.com ship via USPS Priority Mail without a signature required. 

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing domestic orders.  If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact us at customerservice@shopburu.com.

Please note:  UPS is unable to deliver items to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPA address.

Canada:

All orders that ship to Canada over $350 ship UPS Standard for FREE!

International:

Items shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").  The recipient of the shipment will be considered the imported of record and is responsible for all Import Fees.

If you refuse the shipment you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and Import Fees that are incurred on the shipment and the cost of returning the package to ShopBURU.  This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.  Please e-mail any questions to customerservice@shopBURU.com or call us at +1 917-853-2878.

The person receiving the package when it reaches the destination country must pay the Import Fees.  We do not offer a prepaid Import Fee option at this time.  

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures when they reach the destination country, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

As a result of shipping costs, customs, and duties - we do not accept international returns at this time.  Please email info@shopburu.com for any sizing or style questions before placing your order.

 

RETURNS

We want you to feel amazing in your BURU, so if for some reason you want to return an item, we're here to help!

To receive a return shipping label, please follow the instructions on the return form that was included in your package. Please visit returns.

You must complete the online return form. You will need the email you used to purchase and your order number. You will receive an email once your return request is approved.

Once your return is approved, our customer care team will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Adhere this label to your package and drop off at your nearest U.S. post office. We ask that you also please fill out the bottom of the return form that is included in your package. This will speed up the return process.

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, paypal) will be charged $8.99 to cover the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.  Original shipping charges on non-refundable.

Regular price, unworn/unaltered merchandise, including items purchased with a discount code (i.e. items not marked down) will gladly be accepted for a refund so long as it is shipped back to us within 14 days of the your purchase date using the UPS pre-paid shipping label (sent via email).  Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you (the customer).

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Sale merchandise ending in $_.99 (not marked as FINAL SALE) can be returned for store credit ONLY subject to the same terms and conditions as regular priced items. 

SPECIAL CODE SALES POLICY: Items purchased using discount codes 50%-74% may be returned for store credit ONLY. Items purchased using discount codes 75% and higher are FINAL SALE.

All SALE items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for return or refund.

All MONOGRAMMED items are FINAL SALE and therefore ineligible for return or refund.                                   

All underwear and hosiery are FINAL SALE and therefore ineligible for return or refund.                                       

All accessories that are not sized including bags, handbags, one-size fits all belts, jewelry, etc. that are not marked as FINAL SALE can be returned for store credit ONLY subject to the same terms and conditions as regular priced items; however, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the store credit.

All Laundress products are FINAL SALE and therefore ineligible for return or refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation with the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information concerning your order is used and shared.  Our international customers need to be aware that cross border shipments are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities.  We provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information my be communicated to customs authorities by the carriers in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. 

Do we use "cookies"?
