Each layer is banded under the hem with a strong net tulle to give it its bold, dramatic shape. Style it with a timeless turtleneck in a beige hue or go BIG with a colorful Mel Mixed Button Down Blouse.

A few things to note: This skirt is intentionally voluminous. If you don't like to make a statement, perhaps you should shy away from her. Also, she does present some ironing challenges after being cooped up in her poly bag home, but you really only have to give her a good steam one time (you can just delicate wash her and line dry after that), and she's good to go. Plus, it's totally worth it for the head turns!
